Physie is a uniquely Australian sport catering for girls and women from 3 years up.  Established for over 120 years, the Bjelke-Petersen School of Physical Culture (BjP) has over 130 clubs throughout NSW, ACT, VIC, QLD, SA & WA.

CONFIDENCE…POSTURE…RHYTHM…STRENGTH…FITNESS…FLEXIBILITY

The BJP syllabus is updated annually and performed to modern music and comprises standing and floor exercises, aerobic warm-ups, basic ballet and modern dance. Choreography is age-appropriately designed to teach the relationship of music to movement, rhythm, co-ordination, balance, and musical interpretation.
The Physical Culture year culminates in a series of friendly competitions for both teams and individuals – these are not compulsory, but they do help foster a club spirit, a sense of belonging, and club loyalty.
Not only is Physie fun, it's a great way to develop healthy minds and bodies whilst forming friendships that last a lifetime. (Reference BjP website)

In 2016 Ingleburn Physie proudly celebrates 50 years of physie, all this time associating with Ingleburn RSL Youth Club.

At Ingleburn Physie we pride ourselves on not only being a BjP Physie Club, but a large, friendly family…
